Most of my friends are super creative and brilliant at their work, but when it comes to the tech stuff, they'd rather not. And now, in today's digital-first world, having a handle on tech is all the more important.

There's just something about being able to get tech support from some who's not talking down to you are talking over you, from someone who's just as smart as you are.
